I bring this up because TELLING is a key to change. Breaking silences as these sobering stories in the article above do so starkly & poignantly & chillingly. Sometimes our greatest power is simply to use our voices to tell our stories. I hope that these stories--as I hope the pictures of coffins & wounded soldiers--spread much more widely into our mainstream consciousness.
