		<description>Last weekend marked the reproductive justice conference at Hampshire College (The Fight for Reproductive Justice) &amp; every year the Friday night event is a speak out about memories of legal &amp; illegal abortion. I bring this up because TELLING is a key to change. Breaking silences as these sobering stories in the article above do so starkly &amp; poignantly &amp; chillingly. Sometimes our greatest power is simply to use our voices to tell our stories.
I hope that these stories--as I hope the pictures of coffins &amp; wounded soldiers--spread much more widely into our mainstream consciousness.</description>
